Program Summary

What is going on with sales compensation right now? What is changing and what is not? Are there any notable new trends? And what about the global pandemic – how are companies reacting to this and adjusting their sales compensation plans?

This session will share recent research on current sales compensation practices and trends, covering such topics as plan design practices (performance measures, pay mix, payout mechanics, frequency, etc.), governance, and plan effectiveness. We will also look at the impact of Covid-19 and look to the future regarding what we expect 2021 may bring. Our speakers will bring experiences and observations across multiple industries and regions. The session will provide useful information as companies are thinking about potential changes for 2021 and beyond. Participants are encouraged to bring their most vexing sales compensation challenges and questions to put on the table.
